Joe Silver is a Partner at Streetwise Retail Advisors. Joe’s background in the grocery industry gives him proprietary acumen and knowledge of tenant needs. A tireless professional, Joe is responsible for client site selection, demographic evaluation, mapping and strategic planning for clients expanding in the greater Houston market. He recently welcomed his first child with his wife, and enjoys kicking back and watching an SMU game.
